Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa Flow yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

Slow Flow 60 w/music
The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students alike who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper within their practice. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. Sink deeply into the awareness of using a slow steady breath to move gracefully through yoga poses and flows. Practiced in a heated room. Each class ends with a relaxation in savasana. Modified versions of postures are offered and more challenging options are also offered for more advanced students.
