Mindfulness Meditation

Each Wednesday evening following our Warm Yin 60 class is a by donation 30 to 45 minute Mindfulness Meditation class with Maria Erno. The format is as follows:
Opening meditation (5 mins).
Check in, find out how peoples practice has gone this week (10 minutes).
Discuss topic, this week’s awareness (5 mins)
Guided meditation (20 minutes)
